Description

Darlene Nicgorski was a leader in the Sanctuary movement for Central American refugees in the United States in the early 1980s, and a defendant in the Arizona Sanctuary Trial of 1985-1986. The audio recording is side B of a message from Margaret Held to Darlene Nicgorski, during a drive from Jackson, Mississippi. Held starts by providing updates, then talks about the trial and her continued support of Darlene (around minute 8:45).
